During the retreat, we will accompany you in creating your strategic plan, including variables such as time and the talents of your team.
We will teach you how to use 3 simple digital tools that will support you after completing the retreat, as they are a perfect guide to maintain focus, organize tasks, and avoid work-related stress.
Day 1
Welcome and Introduction
Welcome to Hotel Palmaïa the house of ala, an all-inclusive resort in the heart of the Riviera Maya with an extraordinary gastronomic proposal and architecture, full of special corners that will make our retreat an unforgettable wellness journey. We will start with a group dynamic to begin this journey towards purposeful leadership.
Day 2
Discovering Human Design
During this journey, each participant will learn how to use a test that will allow them to discover their purpose within the company or project they lead, along with their 13 dominant skills, to solve all kinds of challenges. For this activity, graphic material and software will be provided to facilitate understanding.
Day 3
Discovering the teams
During this journey, each participant will apply what they learned the previous day to discover the strengths and weaknesses of their team, and they will also learn to use a simple test to uncover the compatibility they have with each team member. For this activity, they will be provided with a software that will facilitate their understanding.
Day 4
Discovering the power of time
During this journey, each participant will learn to use a digital tool to organize their schedule and execute their work plan, accelerating their goals and improving their results.
Day 5 and 6
Designing the present
During these workshops, each participant will work on creating their action plan for the next 3 months, applying the 3 software tools they learned to use during the retreat. They will integrate all the acquired knowledge in a practical way, with one-on-one sessions with the experts.
